We are sending this update to keep you informed regarding CV insight Employment Screening capabilities to continue business operations in the wake of the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak.
CV insight has contingency plans in place to support you and your organisation during this time which includes looking at ways staff may be able to work remotely if necessary. CV Insight has been awarded ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2018, which involves an accredited third party auditing our policies, procedures, and controls to ensure they are updated, followed, and relevant to our business practices – including our Business Continuity Plan
All our Operations are currently functioning normally, however partners and organisations that we use to carry out our checks in the UK and overseas may be affected especially Higher Education/employment references due to closures of establishments worldwide. We will continue to advise you where delays occur to any of your screening files.
Here’s what we’re doing
We are closely monitoring World Health Organisation (WHO) and local authority guidance, including signposting to the NHS 111 service when appropriate.
I also want to ensure you that we have enhanced our already robust processes to promote a clean and safe working environment to ensure the welfare of our staff.
